JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 2.8.2015 in a case registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased died of burnt injuries within two years of her marriage and there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased was caught in fire accidentally while she was cooking meal and after death of the deceased, the information regarding her death was given to the informant but informant started making illegal demand which was not accepted by the petitioner resulting institution of this false case.

No.14126 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Bhushan, J.M.1st Class, Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No.75 of 2015.
