2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B) a, and 26 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 536 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, on a tip-off that the petitioner was involved in smuggling of arms and ammunition, the police raided the house of the petitioner, who was apprehended while running away. From his possession, two live cartridges were recovered.

4. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 536 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
