Two petitioners have approached this Court, invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order, which was passed two years back in the year 2014 in Routa P.S. Case No.18 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 315, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
After perusal of the order impugned, the Court is satisfied that there is no apparent error warranting interference. The petition stands dismissed.
