Petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2015 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 354 of 2014 registered under Sections 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of suspicion only. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been arrested on the spot. The petitioner has been rotting in custody for the last two and half years.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
