The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 16 of 2019, registered under Sections 9, 27, 29 and 51 of the Indian Wild Life Protection Act. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about killing of peacock through stick in villageSio, the informant along with other forest officials reached there then a peacock was found dead behind the temple. The villagers disclosed that the peacock was assaulted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the peacock was died in natural death behind the temple, but with ulterior motive the petitioner has falsely been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Forest Case No. 16 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
