JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the Memo No.311 dated 20.11.2010 passed in Case No.114 of 2010 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi. Permission is accorded.

The petitioners shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. The petitioners will be at liberty to file a separate application before the State Appellate Authority, if so advised, for any interim relief.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
