JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 After some argument, Sri Bhola Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Mr. Nazib Ahmad, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant, considering the nature of accusation, requests for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to Annexure3 to show that there was case and counter case in between the parties and on petty issue, occurrence had taken place. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fact that there was case and counter case in between the parties, the petition stands disposed of with observation that if within six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and prays for regular bail, the
