The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Adhoura P.S.Case No.18 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of forged certificate the petitioner got appointment on the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Rina Kumari @ Rani Kumari, Chameli Kumari and Nilam Kumari have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.32228 of 2014 and Cr.Misc.No.31531 of 2014 on the basis of that Snehlata Kumari and others and Radhika Devi were also granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.Nos.32820 of 2014 and Cr.Misc.No.34579 of 2014. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33558 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2015 case of the petitioners stand on similar footing. Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in Adhoura P.S.Case No.18 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
