Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded Katta, one master key and ATM card etc. were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner no.1 and so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, it is alleged that five live cartridges were recovered from his possession. Petitioners are in jail custody since 5.7.2014. Considering the period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in
