Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 519 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Rahim Hussain showing the involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2016 but he has not been put on T.I.P., while informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them again.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13646 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.519 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
