The Circle Officer, Chauradano, East Champaran is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and if he finds that there is encroachment, then an encroachment proceeding shall be initiated in accordance with law under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and the proceeding shall be concluded within six months after hearing all of the concerned parties.
