Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/504 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to be main assailant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City stands rejected.
