This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of J.M. 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.
