Petitioner and co-accused Chandan Rai @ Chandan Kumar Rai as well as Akhilesh Rai are said to have assaulted the deceased by means of bat causing injuries on his person. The head injury found on the person of the deceased appears to be attributed to co-accused Munna. Moreover, co-accused Chandan Rai @ Chandan Kumar Rai as well as Akhilesh Rai have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
