JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire but, according to the prosecution case itself, the said firing did not hit the informant and it was co-accused Manish Kumar, who caused firearm injury to the informant. Co-accused Manish Kumar has already granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34374 of 2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Case No. 18 of 2015.
