JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.
The accusation against the petitioner is with regard to recovery of country made pistol from the bike of the petitioner after being apprehended by the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.04.2017. He further submits that the alleged bike does not belong to the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem fit it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26970 of 2017 (4) dt.14-06-2017 2/2 Accordingly, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 57 of 2017.
