JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ / writs, direction / directions, command commands and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the notice under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2021-22 under signature of respondent no. 4, Circle Officer, Giriyak dated 26.10.2021 to the petitioner to remove the encroachment over the public land (Annexure-6) and measurement the land in question in presence of the petitioner. And the petitioner further prays for restraining the respondents for taking any coercive step against the petitioner till the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate encroachment appeal against the final order, passed by the Circle Officer, Giriyak Block, District-Nalanda in Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2021-22. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
