2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the notice contained in Memo No. 1253 dated 15.07.2023 issued under Section 5(2) of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

3. The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Collector under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
