JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for correction of paragraph-3 of the petition which is accorded and, accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-3 of the petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to be caught along with one country made loaded pistol for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 1.11.2015 and prior to institution of the present case, it appears that only two cases had been registered against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14973 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.231 of 2015.
