Upon perusal of the show cause reply on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 7, on 29.08.2017, I am of the view that no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out since the order of this Court, violation of which has been
Patna High Court MJC No.106 of 2016(7) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 complained of, has been substantially complied with. Certain grievances have been raised by the petitioner in the second rejoinder affidavit to the said show cause reply, dated 30.08.2017, on the question of petitioner's seniority and fixation of pay scale.
The Court is not required to comment on that in the present proceeding. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise such issue in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. This application stands disposed of.
