The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 107 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 registered under different Sections of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40039 of 2014.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16th May, 2014 and till date only one prosecution witness could be examined during trial.

Regard being had to the undue delay caused in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15430 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 conducting the trial by the prosecution, the petitioner Raj Kumar Pandit is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Case No. 107 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S.
