The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.409 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 384, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they came and made indiscriminate firing and hurling abusing language, demanded Rangdari, on which the informant's wife objected, then they catching her hair locks dragged down and torn her lady garments and snatched her nose pin.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34971 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 earlier a case has been made lodged by the petitioner against the informant and in consequence of that, she has been brutally assaulted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
