Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabua (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 498-A/34, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As submitted by both the parties, the matter has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66705 of 2021(5) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 compromised and as per 'One Time Settlement' Rs.5,00,000/- cash has to be paid to opposite party no. 2 by the petitioners. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioners shall hand over a Bank Draft of Rs.5,00,000/- to opposite party no. 2. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
