JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of informant is languishing in custody since 05.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits the marriage with the informant and he is still ready to keep the informant with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition which reads thus:- "8. That the petitioner is ready to keep the informant wife and his child with love, honour and dignity with all care and protection which they deserve but it will be possible if he will release on bail."

No.13267 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015.
