The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The accusations are of making assault to the informant and abusing by calling the caste name.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30894 of 2014 (4) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
