The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner inflicted Dab blow on the head and leg of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. Though, injury caused on the leg of informant is said to be grievous, but it is not on vital part of the body.

Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Considering the backdrop in which scuffle took place and the fact that petitioner is lady, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the
