It is submitted that already the trial is at the fag end and out of four charge sheet witnesses, three have been examined. In the present application, order of cognizance dated 24.08.2011, passed by learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar in Daudnagar P.S. Case No.15 of 2011 has been challenged alleging that the petitioners approached claiming the owner of the land to the informant on which the informant had already built a house and to transfer the land in his name, as per allegation, the informant paid altogether Rs.1,25,000/- in cash.

No.31231 of 2014 (4) dt.13-09-2017 2 /2 As the trial is at the fag end, the present application has become infructuous, so this quashing application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to raise the grounds in the defence as taken in this application and the court below is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
