JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner was caught by the police officials and some nexalite pamphlets were recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that except the aforesaid allegation, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 09.07.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.
