Considering the status of the matter where it is stated at the bar by Mr. Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Zila Parishad that although final orders have been passed in the proceeding but since there was a procedural lapse that the same was reviewed and the second show cause with the enquiry report has been served on the petitioner and the matter is now pending for disposal, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence in the matter for the present.
Since it is stated at the bar by Mr. Dhananjay
Patna High Court CWJC No.7839 of 2015 (4) dt.23-09-2016 Kumar that the show cause along with the enquiry report has now been served on the petitioner and the matter is at stage of final disposal of the disciplinary proceeding, I deem it proper to direct the disciplinary authority to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from submission of the representation by the petitioner to the show cause served upon him.
