The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointments to the post of Special Survey Amin on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted that petitioner has denied the prosecution case and submitted that after proper verification petitioner was appointed to the post of Special Survey Amin. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54458 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Sheikhpura in Ariyari Police Station Case No. 83 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
