ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 9 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Sanskrit Shiksha Board. Learned counsel for the State is also present.

A show-cause has been filed in this case on 28.02.2018 wherein at Annexure 'G', it has been clearly indicated that the Board has considered the feasibility of granting recognition to the school and in view of the parameters fixed not being available with the institution, the Board has rejected the claim for grant of recognition. The order thus stands fully complied with. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provisions of the rules will not be complied with.
