2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, two unknown miscreants looted personal belongings and cash of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Hemant Kumar Sah. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55666 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.
