Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,411,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that SIM of the petitioner was used in the stolen mobile. The FIR has been lodged regarding theft of mobile only against co-accused-Dinesh Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Rail
