JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-02-2016 Heard Mr. Binay Kumar Singh, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Roy Shivaji Nath, learned Additional Advocate General No.3, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13683 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 With the help of this writ petition, made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner asserts that the lands, which are being used for the construction of Parsaha Sinduari concrete road, allegedly belongs to the farmers and construction is being done without acquiring the land.

Since the persons, whose land have been acquired, did not have any grievance, the writ petition, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, is misconceived and is, therefore, dismissed.
