The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. He also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55034 of 2022(5) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Araria in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
