====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is being proceeded against as it is alleged against him that he is the owner-cum-driver of the truck which carried coal without valid papers. Counsel for the petitioner submits that validity of the papers has not been enquired into by the Investigating Agency so far.

Let the petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and until the Investigating Officer submits a report after seeking verification of the documents found in the truck, no coercive steps be taken against him in connection with Madanpur P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31425 of 2014 (3) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Case No. 67/2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, but after receipt of the report, the court below shall consider his request for grant of bail in the light of the report.

Application stands disposed of.
