JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and five live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S.Case No. 137 of 2015.
