JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-07-2018 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153A, 295A, 379 and 122B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Gaurav Chauhan having identical allegation has already been granted bail by this Court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36018 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 dated 28.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35295 of 2018. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons assigned in the aforestated order dated 28.06.2018 whereby co-accused Gaurav Chauhan has already been granted pre-arrest bail, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
