Petitioner is accused in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28507 of 2019 on 08.07.2019 (Annexure-1) with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been framed.
