The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 308, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she snatched golden chain from the informant and the allegation of assault against other accused person.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that both the parties are Gotni and there is case and counter case. No specific allegation of assault made against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.35024 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVIII, Aurangabad, in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
