JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Despite the order passed on 21.8.2015 and the order dated 31.8.2015 and although this matter has been taken up after more than five months yet there is no counter affidavit on record either on behalf of the State or on behalf of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation.

The allegation of the petitioner is that 1,700/- quintals of paddy is lying in the godown of the petitioner-society purchased from its member-farmers for the Kharif Marketing

Patna High Court CWJC No.1950 of 2015 (5) dt.16-02-2016 Season 2013-14 but has not been lifted by the Corporation. It is the admitted position that the scheme lapsed on 31.12.2014. This writ petition having been filed on 15.1.2015 i.e. after expiry of the period of scheme the petitioner is not entitled to the relief prayed for.

The writ petition is disposed of.

The petitioner can espouse its grievance before any other forum, if so advised.
