Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 406, 420, 422, 120B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is said to have supplied stones, sand, etc. amounting to Rs. 4,60,250/- to co-accused and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he got introduced the co-accused to the informant. Moreover, even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it is only a case of civil dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 96 of 2015.
