In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.

At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case which is based on suspicion after completing investigation the police submitted final form vide Annexure-2 but the learned Magistrate after differing with the view took cognizance resulting the petitioner is apprehending his arrest.

As in this case after completing investigation final form has been submitted and as such the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31007 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M.
