The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi, due to which he sustained injuries on his head, left hand and other parts of body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 15.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhor P.S. case No.50 of 2019.
