During pendency of the present LPA, respondent has filed MJC No. 1652 of 2021 (contempt petition). The contempt petition was dropped on 17.08.2022 in the light of Government order dated 03.08.2022 to the extent that appellants-State have complied the orders of learned Single Judge.

2. We have perused the compliance order dated 03.08.2022 and there is no right reserved for the appellants that order of the learned Single Judge is complied subject to outcome of the present LPA.
