JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 29-07-2016 The petitioner being Block Teacher has preferred the present application for quashing of the prosecution of Bairgania P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner got appointed on the basis of forged experience certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the petitioner has been made accused in the present case and nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner got appointed on the basis of forged experience

Since the accusation prima facie attracts, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions on submission of the final report under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C.
