ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering that the Petitioner's complicity arose on his own confession in the serious case of robbery with murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2013 pending before Sri R.K. Bharati, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31769 of 2014 (3) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the Trial.
