Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Lal Bahadur Mandal, who gave fatal blow to the deceased and so far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that they abused the deceased as well as his wife.

Accordingly, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
