The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.180 of 2017, G.R.No.892 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 467, 471 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of stolen motorcycle, which was riding by the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has clean antecedent and as a matter of fact he was not using the stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody for more than 2 1⁄2 months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. This application is disposed

No.27312 of 2017 (3) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 of with a direction to the learned counsel for the learned trial court that once the petitioner completed custody of six months, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.180 of 2017, G.R.No.892 of 2017.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
