The allegation of firing is against co-accused Radha Prasad and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is said that he along with co-accused Vikas Kumar and Sunil Kumar assaulted the informant by means of iron rod. Co-accused Vikas Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and, therefore, to maintain the parity of justice, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur,
